Welcome to Curator Luxury Boutique. By using our website and purchasing our curated pieces, you agree to the following rules.

1. Boutique Integrity & Accuracy

We strive for perfection in our listings. However, because we deal with unique luxury items:

• Descriptions: We do our best to display colors and details accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
  

• Pricing: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was priced incorrectly, we will notify you before shipping to see if you wish to proceed at the correct price.

2. Purchases & Payments

• Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method provided.
  

• Availability: All orders are subject to availability. Since many of our items are rare or one-of-a-kind, an order is only "confirmed" once it has been processed and shipped.
  

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Insurance: Because of the high value of our items, all shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep.
  

• Signature Required: For your protection, a physical signature is required for all jewelry and watch deliveries. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees required by their country's laws. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your selection.

• Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  

• Condition: Items must be returned in "as-sold" condition—unworn, unaltered, and with all original security tags, boxes, and certificates (such as GIA or brand-specific papers) intact.
  

• Restocking: Some high-value or bespoke items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind every piece we sell. Every item in our boutique is guaranteed 100% authentic. If a watch or piece of jewelry has been modified (such as an aftermarket dial), this will be clearly stated in the product description.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, photography, and text—is the property of Curator Luxury Boutique. Please do not use our imagery without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Curator Luxury Boutique is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages that result from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version posted here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
