Return & Refund Policy
At Curator Luxury Boutique, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our pieces. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a seamless return process.
14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund:
● Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
● All original security tags, branded boxes, authenticity certificates (e.g., GIA or Franck Muller papers), and protective films must be intact.
● Returns must be shipped from the original delivery country.
Exclusions: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on Special Orders, Limited Edition pieces, Bespoke/Personalized items, or Pre-orders.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at concierge@curatorluxury.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label (where applicable) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece, contact us within 24 hours. We will prioritize your case to evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to secure a different piece is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may place a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
● Approval: Refunds are only approved for items verified to be in their original, pristine condition with no signs of usage or alteration.
● Processing: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies typically take 5–10 business days to process and post the refund to your account.
