Inspired by the legendary wristwatch created by Abraham-Louis Breguet for Caroline Murat, Queen of Naples, in 1810, the Breguet Reine de Naples (Ref. 8928BB/51/J60/DD0D) stands as a monumental icon of feminine luxury and horological poetry. Crafted from solid 18K white gold, the signature egg-shaped case measures 33 mm x 24.95 mm and features delicate fluted case-band engine-turning along its flanks. The inner bezel flange and the outer case brim are lavishly set with 139 brilliant-cut diamonds, while a single briolette-cut diamond sits crown-set at 4 o'clock, and the distinctive spherical ball attachment at 6 o'clock is entirely paved with diamonds.

Beneath the curved, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, the natural white mother-of-pearl dial catches light with shimmering iridescent hues. An off-centered sub-dial at 6 o'clock displays Roman numerals and Breguet’s iconic open-tipped blued steel hands, surrounded by a delicate chapter ring.
