The timepiece is housed in Cvstos’s signature 42mm tonneau-shaped case milled entirely from solid clear synthetic sapphire crystal. This ultra-hard, scratch-resistant architecture provides an unobstructed view into the inner workings of the movement from every angle, beautifully complemented by a screw-down Grade 5 titanium crown.

Beneath the clear sapphire crystal, the striking crimson red openwork dial showcases a skeletonized structure. The dynamic dial face is framed by bold, applied hour markers and pierced hands, both filled with Super-LumiNova for optimal visibility in low-light conditions. At the center-left, an exclusive three-arm propeller small-seconds indicator rotates continuously, while a circular date aperture sits seamlessly integrated at 6 o'clock.
